Didn't go into this thinking it would make a huge improvement, Steve showed up and didn't make any promises but... read more rather stated that he would try to improve as much as he could, I can say I was pleasantly surprised when I seen the results actually was shocked by the massive improvement and attention to detail that Steve gave to get my front porch area lifted. I'm not easily impressed specially these days by most contractors cutting corners to make the most profit but what I can say is I'm very happy and impressed with the work and attention to detail that was done and would definitely recommend using Polylift.

They did an amazing job on my pool deck

These guys did a great job doing the impossible! My concrete deck/patio was abruptly sinking after 35+ years of settling... read more but it was taking the brick facing of the house with it! Deep foam injection (12’ deep!) created multiple pillars to the supported foam fill at the top. Successful HUGE lift of the brick face ! I didn’t think we could close it this much. A few other small slab lifts were also successful. Crew was courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

April in the office was very helpful with the paperwork as I am not real computer savvy and she took the time to talk me through it. The gentlemen they sent out to do the estimate was very informative and polite. The two gentlemen that were sent out to do the repairs were also courteous, polite and made sure everything was returned to normal before they left. They all had patience with me and answered all my questions. I was intrigued with the process and the young men were very patient explaining to me about what they were doing. All the time they were getting the job done. I cant say enough about the great job done on my pool deck and everyone making me feel safe. They injected foam in my pool deck to level it where it had settled from age. When the cracks reopened,... read more they said it was from weather and refused to look at it and make repairs. They do not stand behind their warranty.

Hired to lift & level a sidewalk & driveway. They did the work on 03-10-17. On 03-13-17 we notified Jason... read more that drive way settled or something and there was still a significant gap. It was the end of May before someone came out and corrected the problem. In December we noticed that a different area of the same section they fixed in May had sunk and created an additional crack. I notified Jason via email on 12/27. He replied the same day saying he would be out the next week to fix it. No one showed. Wrote him nicely on 02-15-18, wondering if he forgot about us. As of 04-06-18 we have heard from know one. The Polylift website claims "A Permanent Solution!". This repair barely lasted 7 months. Since then additional micro cracks in this section have appeared. I am going to have to pay a concrete company to remove and replace. UPDATE 04-17-18: After posting 1 star review I heard from Jason at Poly Lift. He admitted he dropped the ball and was sincerely apologetic. He actually sent his guys to try & correct the issue and issued me a total refund. He did the right thing and was extremely professional. On that I changed my one star to four. I hold back one star because I honestly feel if not for the initial negative review, this may never have been resolved. UPDATE 09-16-21. As mentioned previously, one of the microcracks over time became worse. It seems the rain was seeping through and washing out the dirt underneath. This caused the opposite area of the previous repair to drop. I called to get an estimate of lifting that side. A gentlemen by the name of George came out. He realized this was an area they worked on previously. He said, don't worry about the cost, we will send someone out to get it right. WOW, what a pleasant, unexpected surprise. The next day, Bradley was out. What a professional, thorough and conscientious young man. I think he will be running the company one day. Did a very thorough repair. Hoping it will last. Company went above and beyond which is extremely rare in this day and age and much appreciated!!
