Our Story

Poly Lift USA is owned and operated by a team of construction experts with over 40 years of leadership in the industry. Together, they have successfully completed over 8,000 concrete lifting, leveling, and stabilization projects using polyurethane foam.

Poly Lift USA operates a fleet of polyurethane foam concrete repair trucks that cover three states: Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Their dedication to excellence has led to their rapid growth over the last many years.

Co-Founder, Jason Harvey, began the company after a successful career with Marriott International. He started the company with his passion for construction and the same dedication to excellent customer experiences that led to his success with Marriott. Mr. Harvey is a respected authority on polyurethane foam and soil conditions. His expertise has helped thousands of property owners find an economical way to raise or stabilize sinking concrete.

Co-Founder Mike Pallagi began his career in the underground utilities and fiber optic industry where he led multimillion-dollar projects for the largest companies in North America. During his time, he developed advanced skills and knowledge for working with complex soil conditions. By combining his knowledge with Jason’s, a powerful partnership was formed and Poly Lift USA became the successful business it is today.

As the company grew, so did its need for additional expertise and capital. This is when fellow construction and utility expert George Bubrick joined the firm as advisor and investor. Mr. Bubrick is a 1969 graduate of Cornell University where he earned his degree in Mathematics. After a brief stint on Wall Street, Mr. Bubrick worked as a management consultant in utilities and construction. Throughout his career, his attention to detail and obsession with delivering value led to exceptional success.

With these men at the helm, Poly Lift USA will be delighting customers for many years to come.
