Senior Center Concrete Leveling
Safe, Level Walkways and Common Areas for Residents and Visitors
Senior centers depend on safe, level walkways and common areas for daily activities. Over time, sidewalks, entryways, patios, ramps, and other concrete surfaces can settle due to soil erosion, poor compaction, water intrusion, or years of use.
At Poly Lift USA, we provide fast, affordable, and mess-free concrete leveling for senior centers across Florida, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, and Alabama. Our Foamjection™ process lifts settled slabs, fills voids, and helps eliminate trip hazards without the cost and disruption of concrete replacement.
Uneven concrete is especially concerning around senior living facilities and community centers where resident safety is a top priority. Sunken sidewalks, tilted ramps, and uneven gathering areas can increase fall risks and create accessibility concerns. Our team helps restore concrete surfaces quickly so visitors, staff, and residents can continue using the property safely.
If your senior center has sinking sidewalks, patios, ramps, entryways, or other concrete surfaces, call Poly Lift USA today. Raise it, don’t replace it.
Why Senior Center Concrete Sinks
Concrete surfaces at senior centers rest on soil that can shift or erode over time. Heavy foot traffic, weather conditions, drainage issues, and natural settling can cause slabs to lose support and sink.
As concrete settles, cracks, trip hazards, and uneven surfaces begin to appear. These issues can affect accessibility, safety, and the overall appearance of the property. Because the problem originates beneath the slab, surface repairs alone typically won’t solve it.
At Poly Lift USA, we offer an environmentally safe, affordable, and long-lasting solution.
Our Foamjection™ technology has helped thousands of property owners restore damaged concrete while avoiding the cost and disruption of replacement. In most cases, concrete leveling costs significantly less than removing and replacing the slab.

How the Senior Center Concrete Leveling Process Works
The process is straightforward and efficient:
- Small, strategically placed holes are drilled into the sunken concrete
- Injection ports are installed in each opening
- High-density polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab, where it expands to fill voids and lift the concrete
- The ports are removed and the holes are cleaned and patched
This approach allows senior centers to repair uneven sidewalks, ramps, patios, and other concrete surfaces without the noise, disruption, and expense associated with concrete replacement.
Backed by a 10-Year Transferable Warranty
All Poly Lift USA concrete leveling repairs are backed by an industry-leading 10-year transferable warranty, giving property owners added confidence in a long-lasting solution.
Poly Lift USA helps thousands of property owners repair sinking, settling, or cracked commercial concrete instead of replacing it. Senior Center Concrete Leveling FAQs
Concrete driveways rest on subgrade, which is a fancy term for the earth below. When the subgrade begins to weaken and settle, the driveway loses its support. This can be caused by a variety of factors…weather, rain, leaks, excess weight to name a few. While the root causes may vary, the end result is always the same. Structural damage.
Over time, often in months, driveway slabs begin to stress, then crack and, eventually, break apart and sink. This leads to trip hazards, unsightly appearance and a reduction in property values. This damage is structural – not cosmetic. Neither patching nor a new surface will solve the problem.
At Poly Lift USA we offer customers an environmentally safe, affordable, long-term resolution.
Our Foamjection technology has enabled thousands of property owners in Florida, Georgia, Texas and Alabama to repair their damaged driveway and save thousands in replacement costs. Our typical repair is well under 50% less than cost of replacement.
Here’s how Foamjection technology works:
- Penny size holes are drilled through the damaged slab at 5-foot intervals.
- Specially formulated polyurethane foam is pumped through the slab reaching the subgrade underneath.
- The liquid foam fills voids and expands rapidly to compact the earth beneath the slab.
- As the foam hardens it locks the slab in place. We call this stabilization.
- When lift is required, additional foam is pumped using carefully calibrated pressure gauges until the slab is raised to the desired height.
- Drill holes are filled with sanded concrete.
All Poly Lift USA repairs come with a 10-year, transferable warranty.
