Concrete Leveling

Weak soils are very abundant in the states of Florida and Georgia, leaving homes with sinking concrete sidewalks, sinking pool decks, sinking driveways, and all other concrete repairs as a major concern. When homebuyers see any sinking concrete structures in or around their homes, they immediately think it’s going to be a costly repair.  The truth is that with Poly Lift USA it doesn’t have to be.

Poly Lift USA is a privately owned concrete leveling, lifting, and concrete repair business, serving the entire states of Florida and Georgia. We proudly offer customers an affordable, Eco-friendly, hassle-free, and permanent solution to sunken concrete driveways. We do this in 4 easy steps with our established polyurethane foam injection system. Essentially, drilling penny-sized holes through the slab and pumping polyurethane foam underneath the slab lifts the sunken concrete. Then, as the foam flows beneath the surface, voids and depressions are filled and the slab is raised to achieve the desired height.

If you need a solid fix for weak soil, Poly Lift USA can help with that too. Most people don’t know that upon building a structure, soils begin to slowly compact against the weight of the structure and sometimes need help in supporting the newly introduced loads to eliminate settlement. Our soil stabilization service is a 1-part Polyurethane product that is injected directly into soft soils to provide a glue-like bond of weak or shifting soils, which can be injected to depths of up to 20 feet to provide a safe base after construction. This product is also environmentally safe and carries the same longevity claims as polyurethane.

If you have settling slabs and need void filling solutions, Poly Lift USA can provide that too. The most common issues deriving from the void formation are soil shrinkage, erosion, hydro-static soil, and shifting soil. To fix any of these concerns the voids under the slab must be filled. The best answer is to use polyurethane foam. This involves the injecting of a binary liquid underneath the concrete, and like our concrete leveling, concrete repairs, and concrete lifting for sinking driveways, sinking pool decks, and concrete sidewalks in Florida and Georgia services; this is also inserted through penny-sized holes. After this is injected underneath the concrete, the polyurethane expands to fill the voids and compact the soil around the voids. This helps create a more safe and stable base for the entire foundation.

Remember to repair it and don’t replace it.  The previously mentioned services are all cost-effective and easy solutions. Some homeowners wonder, “When should I call a professional?” The answer to that question is now! If you see any indication of sinking or damaged concrete surfaces it is possible that your underlying soil has been compromised and your foundation has decomposed into the void and under the weight of your home. Don’t wait any longer and call Poly Lift USA today.

How It Works

STEP:1
Small 5/8 inch holes are drilled through the sunken slab.
STEP:2
An injector port is carefully installed in each of the holes.
STEP:3
Poly foam is injected into the port, it expands & lifts the slab.
STEP:4
With the port removed, the holes are patched with cement
